By proceeding with your purchase from us you have agreed that you have read, understood and accepted all of our terms and conditions.
- All products are priced in ZAR (South African Rand)
- All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure a high level of quality and service.
- Limited warranty: You may return the product in the original unopened packaging within 7 days (courier at buyers cost).
- Due to hygiene purposes, we will not accept returns once product has been opened.
- Limited warranty does not cover damage due to overheating, microwave malfunction or damage as a result of product being used in any way other than that specified.
- We will exchange, courier at our cost if the wrong item was dispatched due to our error.
- Although we take great care in preparing and packaging our products for shipment, we cannot be held liable for any third party involved (independent courier services) delivery delays, acts of God, courier hijacking etc.
- All our products are made to order and lead time is 3-5 working days to dispatch, once dispatched, courier may take 3-5 working days to deliver.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel through to delivery.
